Depending on where you live in Australia, you would expect to receive your item within 2-10 business days, with the majority of orders being delivered within the same week from when the order payment was received.

Couriers
We recommend and use Australia Post and Fastway couriers, with Australia Post you may receive a knock on the door or a card in the letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from the local post office.
Fastway couriers have a reputation as one of Australia's Fastest and most reliable courier services and most larger items will generally be sent this way. Once your shipment reaches the nearest depot the item will be assigned to your local Fastway Courier who will then normally notify you of the delivery day.
While we do deliver to PO Boxes, this currently can only be done by Australia Post, there fore some items including most bulky and large items cannot be delivered to a PO Box as Australia post will not accept these items.
Delivery Tips
To ensure your delivery runs smoothly and as you would expect please follow our important tips below:
- Make sure your eBay delivery address is 100% correct and complete before your purchase.
- It helps to include a mobile phone number as the courier may need to contact you.
- Please note that couriers generally do not normally deliver on weekends.
- Public Holidays will always slow down any delivery.
- We ship to PO Boxes, however as this is done by Australia Post it limits items to smaller sizes.
- Incorrect addresses or second sends will incur an additional freight charge.
- eBay estimated delivery times is only an estimate, items may arrive faster or slower.
Returning an item
Under the ACCC and Australian Fair Trade guidelines you are entitled to return on an item if you believe that there is a problem arising from a fault, damage or description error. You are generally responsible for returning the item if it can be posted or easily returned i.e dropped off. You may be entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the product is confirmed to have a problem and is eligible for warranty, however inspection may be required and all refunds are generally assessed on a case by case basis. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport and/or inspection costs.
Prior to returning any item, please contact our Customer Service Department which will first discuss all possible solutions in your best interest to have your item/s issue solved as quickly as possible.
Returns are accepted in line with our warranty conditions.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, please upload and describe the fault with images and/or videos of the item to assist in the return process.
When a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion. If the product is unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. Refunds may take up to 6 business days to be processed. In cases where a replacement product is to be provided, the replacement will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
If the item is required to be returned, the outcome of the inspection should take no longer than 6 business days from the date the item is received by our service department (times may vary).
While many spare parts are stocked in Australia, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.
30 Day Returns
30 day returns may be possible but are at the sole discretion of TradePro Hardware and will be decided on a case by case basis depending on the item and extent of the return.
If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, you may still be entitled to a refund.

We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it.
All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
The item must be returned at the buyers cost in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging
(ready to be put back on the shelf)
The item is securely packed to ensure it is received in original and re-saleable condition.
The item/s are not opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when received.
Please do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging.
Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
Handling fees will apply, to be deducted from the refund provided: $9.95 (0-25kg) or $19.95 (over 25kg).
As all items are sent with free postage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may offered or in the unfortunate event of the item/s being returned in unsaleable condition it is possible that a refund may not be offered.
