Returns Policy

1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material immediately. ( Within 48 hours after delivered)  Lost in transit must be reported and filed in writing to us immediately.These will benefit you in getting your items reshipped sooner.  We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.

2. Please inspect the item(s) and check it with the photos we have in our listing page. If we shipped the wrong parts that you did not order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee. In order to avoid wrong order, we suggest you to provide your VIN (Vehicle ID Number) before purchasing so we can verify the parts you need.

3.  All item shipped have been inspected in detail to avoid any manufacturer flaw, and we guarantee you will be satisfied with any and all purchases from us. If you do not like our products, we will issue refund, less shipping and handling fees and 20% restocking fee. Refund request must be made within 14 days of the merchandise received date.

4.Some items require professional skills, equipments and tools to install, so we recommend you ask a certified professional person or auto shop to install the parts. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate expenses included but not limited to medical expenses, labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation/inspection procedures or wrong part ordering.
