United Parcel Service (UPS/FeDex): Upon customer request, we also use United Parcel Service (UPS) and FeDex. However we recommend USPS since it is generally cheaper. UPS/FeDex shipping are arranged after the sale, and shipping charges may need to be adjusted. 1. If your item is Lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect. 2. If we shipped the wrong parts that you did not order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee.
