Customer can return goods without any reason. Refund will be given in full less delivery charges .
1. The buyer Notifies us by email before sending the item back to us.
2. Agrees to pay the return costs and packages the item adequately to
prevent any damage or returns it in person and the article is found to be free from any cause that

prevents it being resold. 

Under warranty(In the unlikely event that a return)
1.Most items come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
2. If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
3. The Warranty is VOID if the installer FAILS TO FOLLOW the pre-installation instructions f

ully and/or damages the item.
4. We will only give a refund or replacement once we have received the old unit back and tested it.
5. All damages/ shortages/ incorrect parts must be reported to us on receipt of goods.

WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGER AND CARTRIDGE

EXCHANGE TURBOCHARGERS: - 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF INVOICE OR 6,000 MILES WHICHEVER FALLS FIRST
NEW TURBOCHARGERS / CARTRIDGES : - 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF INVOICE OR 12,000 MILES WHICHEVER FALLS FIRST
 

PLEASE NOTE ALL WARRANTY WORK IS TO BE CARRIED OUT BY OUR DESIGNATED AUTHORITY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE SEALS ARE BROKEN ON THE TURBOCHARGER / CARTRIDGE THE WARRANTY WILL   
     BE INVALID, UNLESS YOU HAVE PRIOR PERMISSION FROM US TO DO SO IN WRITING.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT TURBOCHARGER / CARTRIDGE RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY THAT ARE SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND TO HAVE NO FAULT WILL INCUR RE-TEST CHARGES OF BETWEEN £25-50 DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF TESTING.

CAN HELP YOU FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT RETURNING THE TURBOCHARGER TO US.
 
 PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TURBOCHARGERS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY WILL BE

RETURNED TO YOU ONCE THE TURBOCHARGER IS REPAIRED. 
 
TURBOCHARGER / CARTRIDGE RETURNED TO US AS FAULTY AND FOUND TO BE DAMAGED BY INCORRECT FITTING/CONTAMINATION FROM OTHER PARTS OF THE VEHICLE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
A REPORT WILL BE GIVEN AND CHARGE FOR REPAIR WILL BE OFFERED. IF REPAIR IS NOT REQUIRED THE

TURBO WILL BE RETURNED TO PURCHASER.ANY CHARGE BACKS BY EBAY/PAYPAL WILL BE RECOVERED

BY COUNTY COURT ACTION AND DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY ANCILLARY CHARGES

SUCH AS REMOVAL & REFITTING / HIRE OF VEHICLES ETC.
