Unfortunately the overall condition of the records is primarily UNKNOWN. The list is accurate to the best of my knowledge, however I have found a few typos including a wrong catalog number. On rare occasion a record on the list may have been left on the list in error and could be no longer available. Because of the large number of records not graded, I cannot guarantee there are not some records that could be broke or otherwise damaged and unplayable. As I made the inventory four years ago, I did try to make note of any that were obviously broke, but did not have time to pull each record from the sleeve and verify or grade the records. LIKE THE SHELVING!!! The buyer has the option to take the empty record shelving at no additional monies!!! Of course you are still responsible for removal and delivery. We may be able to provide loading assistance for the record shelves and possibly the records. CONTACT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS! AS IS – NO RETURN ~ LOCAL PICKUP ONLY – the buyer is responsible for all packing and removal of the records. Pickup is to be completed no later than 30 days after the close of the auction and full payment has been received. I (Sharon Osburn) may be able to provide the buyer with some assistance in regards to packing the records.
