Here at Bed-World we take great pride in delivering your item safely and on time. We offer a next working day delivery if ordered before 1PM. Please note all orders after 1PM on Friday will not be out for delivery until Tuesday. All orders with delivery between 8-10 working days will be called one day before delivery is to take place and given an estimated time. Please be aware delivery times given are only estimated and could be delayed due to traffic or adverse weather conditions. If you need to request a day for delivery please note this when ordering with a contact number and we will do our best to meet your needs. We use a national courier for shipping of all our items and delivery is door step only due to health and safety and insurance reasons.

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify as soon as possible. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging. If goods have been opened then a £30 handling charge will apply. Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money. If upon assembling there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible se we can offer a suitable replacement.
