What's your return policy? - Customer satisfaction guaranteed. We accept returns and exchanges, but shipping and handling and insurance fees that already spent are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days after receipt of delivery.
Please note: Some items are marked as Final Sale. Returns will not be accepted for these items.
Within 5 days after receipt of delivery, you may return any item in its original condition (with tags attached in the original wrapping with invoice and return form). The item must be clearly not used or worn. The item must not have any marks, must not be laundered or have any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery. Any CD, VCD, DVD, VHS tape, that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. We will promptly refund your paypal on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
