Payment

We accept following payment methods:

    * Bank Transfer (include always eBay ID + eBay item number)

A winner confirmation will be sent to the registered email address on eBay. Please make sure,
you provide the correct email address for fast and easy communications. Invoices with payment overdue by 7 days or longer may be canceled by Beauty Health Spa and will result in a non payment strike at eBay.
When ordering products from Beauty Health Spa, overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.

Shipping

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE VERIFIED SHIPPING ADDRESSES ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNTS

• We ship your purchase within three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) once your payment is received and cleared. We will notify you via email once the product is being shipped out. Please notify us if you did not receive our shipment confirmation.
• Standard shipping via FedEx / Postal Service / DHL / UPS delivery depends on the country you live in. If you wish to have Express Service, please contact us. We will send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can track your delivery at the carrier's web site.
  
• It is the BUYERS responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. We will always use the PayPal address linked to your account for the shipment. 
• IF PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS FROM OUR SHIPPING CARRIER, WE ONLY RESHIP THE PRODUCT WHEN SHIPPING COST IS REPAID!!
• Customs in your country has the authority to inspect and open the packages. All duties / VAT / GST imposed by your country are payable by the buyer. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included  in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Terms of Sale

Return / Warranty Policy

• If the customer wishes to return the product without giving us the opportunity to repair or replace it, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
• Please always include your eBay ID on the return receipt.
• Extended warranty is available via SquareTrade to protect your purchase.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. For Free Shipping items we charge a $9.99 handling fee.
• Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping fees with a traceable shipping carrier.
• After 7 days, the products will be treated under manufacturer warranty guidelines as stated in the product manuals. Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
• Removal or alteration of products or product boxes UPC / serial number sticker will void the return.

Damaged products:

• All products are been checked for damage before they are been shipped out.
  
• No refund will be given if the product is damaged during shipping, unless insurance is purchased.
• If you purchased shipping insurance, please notify us directly because the carrier requires claims within 10 calendar day of shipment.

Defective Products

• Defective products can be exchanged for the same items only if you contact us within 3 days upon receipt of package and obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  
• Defective products must be returned within 7 days for exchange. Products will only be accepted for return in their NEW original manufacturer condition (original packaging, carton, box, instruction, manuals, all accessories, all foam, plastic, wrapping, etc.). Product shall have no signs of scratches, abuse, or intentional damage.
• Replacement products are usually exchanged within 7 business days from the day the product is returned.

General

• We always leave positive feedback for trouble free transactions (PLEASE, NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BIDDERS)
• All product descriptions are listed in an honest, best possible way. We do not believe in unethical business practices.
• All sales and prices are final after eBay check out. Please ask us prior purchase of product if you have additional questions to avoid that you are unhappy with the product.
• FRAUD and NON-PAYMENT will be reported to eBay / PayPal / Moneybookers immediately.
• We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product runs unexpectedly out of stock. A full refund will be given.
• We ship worldwide with certain country import restrictions. Please check prior bidding if there are problems with the import of the product into your country.
• Shipping discount offered for multi-purchases.
