Hassle Free Returns Policy
If the item does not fit your requirements when received, you may send it back for a refund. As long as the item is in the original packaging and is ‘as new’ we’re more than happy to process a refund. In some cases there may be a 20% restocking fee.
Review Our Product Listings
We try our best to be as accurate as possible with our product listings with as much information as we can include about the product, however sometimes we may make a mistake in one of our listings and would be grateful if you could report this to us via email or phone. If you’ve fitted the product we’re also happy to receive how to’s and images of the product fitted which will be used on our site, and of course, if you help us we’ll help you by providing some sort of discount on your next order with us.
Delivery
Unlike other overseas sellers we are a UK based company and hold stock of all our items. Once payment has been received we're able to have the goods dispatched within 24 hours. General delivery time is between 2 - 4 days of payment being received.
Personal Collections
We are now allowing customers to collect from one of our retail sites. Please note customers must call ahead to arrange a time, check stock availability and for more info on the retail price to be paid upon collection. Our retail site and eBay are run separately from each other.
