Shipping:

From when a customer makes a payment for an item we instantly dispatch the item within 24 hours. If we are unable to dispatch within this time period, we will contact you immediately.

UK Postage
We use Royal Mail 1st Recorded service to deliver our items so we guarantee your item will arrive between 1 to 2 working days once the item has been dispatched.

International Postage
To deliver items worldwide we use Royal Mail Airmail service. Delivery time varies depending on the country where the item has been purchased. Usually, customers should receive items within 7 days of when the item is dispatched.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the item we give customers a time period of 7 days for returns. NOTE: returned items must be unused with labels attached.
