Q: How can I order the correct size for the helmet? A: Please send us an email to confirm your helmet size after you order your helmet. You can also leave message asking for right size for the helmet in your Paypa payment if you pay by Paypal. WE have full size (from Small to X Large) for most helmets.
Please use the chart in the description to choose a suitable size according to your measurement.
Q: When can I expect to receive my item? A: This is normally depending on the shipping method you choose when you put an order. Please refer to the shipping section for More details.
Q: Why haven't I received my item after the expecting days have passed? A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Perhaps it has been delayed somehow by royal mail or other couriers. In the unlikely events, maybe it's gone lost. We can guarantee that your item is posted once payment has been cleared. but after we send the item, it will be out of our control. If your item still hasn't arrived, please let us know withen 10 working days, we'll resend another one if we can confirm the parcel is missing.
Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item? A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Refer to our "Exchange / Return" policies, Please email us with clear photos, we will replace it with no extra charge.
Q: can I have any postage discount if buy multi items? A: In most cases, you'll automatically get discount P&P if you have bought multi items. Please contact us before make payment if you have not got the postage discount. We will send invoice to you with discount postage.
Q: Do you have maximum charge for the postage? A: Yes. For all motorbike spare parts and accessories, the maximum postage we will charge is £9.99. This applies to most UK delivery address. This maximum delivery charge is not applicable for the locations in Scotland Highland, offshore islands, North Ireland. Some large orders may incur additional delivery charges.
