You are bidding on a very nice antique telephone made in Copenhagen Denmark by the Copenhagen Telephone Company in I think 1908. It is in almost perfect condition except for some very minor surface scratches. It works great for dialing out and accepting incoming calls.  The ringer is not working at this time, but I think the plug is just wired wrong.

 

This telephone comes with a 4-prong jack.  You can purchase separately an adapter (to convert from 4-prong jack to a modern phone jack), but the adapter is NOT included. (An adapter converts an old 4-prong telephone plug to the standard RJ11 connection without having to cut off the plug or re-wire your telephone.)

 

The imprint on the bottom of the phone base and on the handset both read "KJOBENHAVNS TELEFON AKTIESELSKAB" (which translates to "Copenhagen Telephone Company")
