WHAT IS A SELLERS WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER
Your watch is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against any and all manufacturer's defects. Any damage to the watch resulting from normal or extreme use is not covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Items not covered by the original warranty are the crystal, band, stem and crown, or any damage from normal, extreme, or inappropriate use.
Please consult your warranty card and booklet received with your order to see more details and instructions. When returning your watch for warranty service, please include the warranty card, date of purchase and a copy of your invoice. If you do not have an invoice please login to your account and print one.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
All items must be unworn and in the same new condition they were received, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No exchanges/returns are allowed after 14 days from the date of receipt.
To return an item, please contact us via the eBay communication center or email us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. We will not accept returns without an RMA number. Once you receive the RMA, you will receive an eBay cancellation request that must be completed before we can process the refund. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Please note that refunds may take up to 12 days to be processed. All refunds will be made in full minus any applicable shipping costs.
