We stand behind the products we sell. All merchandise is new in the original manufacturer's packaging and is fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. By bidding on our auction you agree to the following terms:

1. WE STAND BEHIND EVERY PRODUCT WE SELL. We guarantee every item we sell will function according to the manufacturer's specifications. Defective merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from date of delivery. Customer must pay shipping to return the item to Bodytronics, we will pay the shipping back to you. In no case will shipping be refunded for defective merchandise. We reserve the right to replace or repair an item determined to be defective. After 30 days, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
2. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. Bodytronics offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on it's products. If you are not satisfied with any product you may return it for refund or exchange, within 30 calendar days from date of delivery. Item must be returned complete, in AS-NEW condition including any free or promotional items. Any products returned without ALL packing/packaging material, instructions, and original included accessories will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee and/or the full price of the promotional items. Items that show wear and tear will be accessed the same 15% re-stocking fee. Simply message us through your Ebay buyer panel or phone us to arrange your return.
