Currently we only accept PayPal as a form of payment for our eBay store items.

*Please note, all New York state buyers will be charged applicable state sales tax at checkout.

Shipping

We pride ourselves in shipping items quickly and safely. You can expect your order ship within 1 business day after confirmed payment is received!

Tracking:

Tracking will be emailed to your email account you have registered with eBay, as well as uploaded to eBay and Paypal for your added convenience. Please note, tracking numbers generally take 24 hours to show any active progress.

Shipping Details:

Most of our items are shipped free of charge! We ship through the United States Post Office, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight and size of the item being sold. All of our inventory is on hand, packaged by our staff, and shipped from our location here.

*Products sold over $250.00 will be shipped with a mandatory signature required for your protection, and ours. This is required by PayPal and we cannot waive this.

Problem with order / Returning an order:

Contact us immediately through your eBay item page, or call us at 516-541-2100 (Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm). Please have your eBay item# handy. Our customer service representatives are here waiting to help. They will guide you through a speedy, hassle free return process.

Please do not ship an item back to us without contacting us first. This will delay the return process, and that's the last thing we want if you're already unhappy with your order. When returning an item, please package it securely. Please also use First Class Mail through the Post Office with tracking, and add as much information inside the package as possible to help us process you quickly.

Our products range from new in box items, used items, to defective items that we sell for parts to professional buyers. We are large buyers of overstock electronic products.
