Returns & Exchanges

Our top priority is to provide the best possible service; that is why all our products are guaranteed and come with a full Product Warranty. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us via eBay messaging so we can provide instructions and issue a return goods authorization.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:   

We will gladly replace any defective unit at no additional cost to you within 30 days of purchase, pending availability of the product. Should the product be out of stock we will refund your PayPal account in full. Please contact us directly through eBay messaging or for information on returning your defective item and receiving a replacement.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:   

We will offer a full refund for items unused and in resalable condition within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non defective items. Once item is inspected, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges from the original invoice) will be credited to the customers Pay Pal account.
