Domestic Shipping:

Most orders are processed within one business day from original receipt of order, and/or approval of credit card. All items are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. All packages are shipped via FedEx Ground. We reserve the right to choose a carrier for Express shipping if this option is available or requested. Shipping includes handling fee. For certain large and/or bulk items handling fee may be high. That's why our shipping fee may be different from carrier rate. We will ship to your carrier account by a request but you are still liable for handling fee.

PayPal - we ship only to PayPal confirmed address
Credit Card - we ship to your billing address, shipping to an alternative address is available only by request over the phone.

Returns:

DOA - all DOA (dead on arrival) items must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping and handling fees.
New Items - In case you are not satisfied with an item you have 7 days to return it. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts, warranty card(s), software, cables and accessories. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase.
AS IS - no returns or exchange for AS IS items, please read the description of the item(s) since these items are intended for professional buyers and may require additional parts and/or repair. We may also elect to put AS IS on new/good items in case of a closeout sale or $1 starting bid No Reserve auction.

Damaged Merchandise:

All items are covered by shipping insurance. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier and proceed with an insurance claim. Please do that with 3 days of delivery. After this time the carrier may refuse your insurance claim. After the claim is made we will ship same item to you if it is available or refund your purchase if not.

Warranty:
  All new items covered by manufacturer warranty must obtain service through manufacturer. Some companies (for example Dell) do not honor warranty claims for purchased at online auctions items. Any open box/used items are not covered by manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. AS IS items are not covered by any warranty.
