You are bidding on a Screen Accurate Herbie the Love Bug METAL STAMPED Volkswagen Beetle Prop License Plate. After months of research, this is the first Disney plate we've decided to produce, Herbie's plate is reproduced exactly as it appeared on screen. There are a few "special" little differences that make this plate stand out from the other California prop plates we offer. The most noticeable difference about Herbie's plate is the number 8. The 8 is rounded and is not a California DMV style number. Also, the size of the "California" across the top is just a tad smaller than other black California plates. We take great pride in making our plates exactly as they appeared on screen. Herbie's plate was a challenge to make correctly and we are happy with the final product. They are not cheap plastic with vinyl letters, they are REAL Metal Stamped tags.
