We have to sell our vacation, get-away property due to unexpected job loss. We've had it for three years.  This is a beautiful property on Chaparral Road. It does have phone and power at the foot of the lot, on the road - not miles away! The road is a 12 month gravel maintained road, as you can see in the pictures. These are pictures my wife and I took last year, including a deer on the land.  It has a slight elevation as you climb to the top, but not bad at all. The top of the property has views to kill for, which is why we bought it. There are a few different areas to park a trailer or to build a cabin on.  This to me is not a "typical" California Pines lot.  It is 7 minutes north of the lodge, which we've stayed at - it also has a killer restaurant with the best Prime Rib I've ever had.  It's probably 12 to 15 minutes frrom Alturas, a nice little town with a cozy casino! There are about 30 trees of different types on it.  Grasses, rocks, trees and brush covers it currently.  What we really liked about this property is there is a "park" behind the property - it's really what I would call a greenbelt.  Nice to have nothing behind the property for quite a few thousand feet, from what we saw.  There's a cabin to the bottom right looking down on someone's else's land, appears to be lived in quite a bit.  Easy access to the front of the lot and not far from the main roads.  We are NOT realtors, I bought this to keep, but need to sell it now.  I will issue a Grant Deed for the sale.  We own the property outright.  We pay taxes, $40 annually, and a hospital annual tax of $195 (not sure how long this tax will be in effect). $75 dues annually as a land owner in Cal Pines. This is a legitimate sale, we are a working class family from California who's family got affected by the government cutting school jobs...I will answer all e-mails as accurately and honestly as possible. Official description is Lot 48, Unit 2, Block 17. Lot size is 150' wide X 270' deep . PAYPAL, cash or certified check....I am charging no fees to complete the paperwork, mailings or filings with the County. Thanks for looking.
