We offer FREE delivery on all our products and use delivery services apprpriate to the items being purchased, i.e. Royal Mail, ParcelForce.  Our standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class.  Other delievry services are available at checkout.  Any order paid for before 12 midday, Monday - Friday will be dispatched that same day.  

60 DAY RETURN POLICY - Identity-Plus offers a returns policy where you can return any unopened item within 60 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item please package it up securely and include a full description of your reason for return. Please retain
