We are committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you would like to return any unworn/unused products, please follow the guidelines on the reverse of your invoice. Items must be returned within 28 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned with all their tags and in the same packaging they arrived in. We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, you can return your item via Royal Mail or any alternative carrier of your choice,

Upon inspection of returned product, We will issue a full refund to the payment method used for the purchase less the original delivery charge. Any used items will be denied a refund and returned to the customer at his/her expense. Warranty items are subject to inspection and only eligible for repair, replacement or disposal.
