eBay

I am selling my beloved 1303s after owning it for a year.  I passed my test in a beetle a million light years ago....it's funny how your memory dims!

Since it has been in my ownership it has had the following fitted:

Discs, pads, front wheelbearings, rear wheel cylinders and pipes, front brake pipes, fulll exhaust system and heat exchangers, front wings, indicators, wing mirrors, electric washers, EMPI alloys and good tyres and carpet set.

Bad points:

Driver seat needs re-covering, cracks in the paintwork and some bubbling on the front panel and passenger side gutter.....none of it life threatening.  The is half a litre of paint for touch up.

The previous owner has had the engine re-built and new rear wings and full re-spray, I'm not sure why they didn't replace the front wings, they were like lace curtains when I bought the car. When the new front wings were fitted the bady was in really good condition and it was all heavily waxoyled.  All the chroming is very good.  The car has a 12 month MOT certificate from yesterday, the testing station remarked on how good it was underneath.

The car drives really well, with front struts, disc brakes and proper independent rear suspension, these are the best riding beetles.  The car was built in week 35 of 1973, so will become tax exempt in April 2014 after the recent announcement by the government relating to tax exempt vehicles.

V5 to be signed on collection.

You are welcome to view.  Winning bidder to make contact within 24 hours.  Car to be collected within 5 days unless agreed before end of auction.  NO PAYPAL, cash on collection please.
