Payment
Payment is to be made within 3 days of sale. We start the non-paying bidder process after this time.

UK Customers
We accept payment via Paypal, Postal Order, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque payment methods. If wish to pay by postal order or cheque then please contact us for our address.

Overseas Customers
For overseas customers we only accept Paypal.

Communication
We firmly believe that good service and communication are the foundation of a good business.

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by letting you know when we receive your payment and also when we have sent your order.

We would appreciate you letting us know when your goods have arrived either by email, or by leaving feedback.

All our products are dispatched the same day as payment clears as long as payment is received before 1pm Monday to Friday. This allows us to prepare the product, heat press name, numbers and patches (on football shirts) if needs be and dispatch the item before the post office closes. We use 1st Class Recorded delivery postage for UK items and International Signed For postal service for all International items.

We have certificate of posting for all products.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days as long as the item is still in its original packaging, unworn and tags are still attached. All products are inspected by us before they leave our warehouse or shop. Once an item is returned we will only refund the shirt costs and not the postage costs. Football shirts that are customised i.e customer name prints will not be accepted back. Email us before you decide to return the item with a valid reason.
