• All Returns requires prior approval from GOODGUYSDEAL. Please email through eBay's Ask a Question page to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the exchange or refund of your unit.
• Unless otherwise specified, Defective Merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days buyer receives the item. Please include a detailed description of the defect along with eBay item number, full name and address. Returned item will be inspected by a factory trained technician and replacement or refund will be send out accordingly.
• RMA items must arrive no later than 14 days of after issuing date of a RMA number. Any RMA arrive after 14 days will not be processed and will not be able to receive replacement or refund.

• Customers may return any unopened factory sealed items within 30 days from the purchase date. Customer will be receiving full credit minus original shipping and handling charges.
