- Fresh Fragrances & Cosmetics provides a very safe, secure and reliable online shopping experience we are very proud to have a 100% Feedback Rating on eBay and work very hard to ensure all customers are happy. Please however do consider the following store polices:
- Free Shipping is available to most countries around the world, however there is a small surcharge of $2.00 to ship to USA, Canada, UK and Europe.
- Payment is required immediately after committing to buying the item, we accept Paypal payments only. Unfortunately due our highly automated dispatch system no orders can be cancelled.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the
package and the cost of the return. We will deduct 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.

RETURNS: We accept returns if your item is faulty or damaged (which is very rare) ONLY, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal reasons, ordered the wrong item or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere. We will deduct 50% of your order if you refuse your parcel and it is returned back to our warehouse which can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the destination country.
- Fragrances & Perfume Returns: Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials. Please select and order all fragrance products with care as we are unable to accept returns on Fragrances due to transportation restrictions. A courier can be arranged at the buyers expense for high priced fragrance returns.
- Cancellations:Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations as orders are dispatched immediately. If you choose to return the item a 50% fee will apply.
- ORDER ISSUES or ANY CONCERNS: Please contact us prior to leaving feedback or raising a dispute as we are here to assist you in any matter and we aim for you to have a wonderful online purchasing experience.
- Australian Delivery Times: All delivery takes 6-10 days for major cities, 10-14 days for regional areas. These are working days and do not include weekends.
- Fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and therefore do not qualify for 3 day express shipping.

- TRACKING: All orders are traceable through your local post tracking service with your tracking number provided and a signature is required on all deliveries. If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered successfully, we will not accept cases or disputes raised.
