Multi-point locks are available in different lock centre sizes. This measurement is calculated by measuring the centre of the door handle lever to the centre of the euro profile cylinder 

The most popular size of lock centre is 92mm and this handle has been developed to fit this size of lock. Please note: This handle will not fit locks with 68mm and 72mm lock centres 

Each brand of lock has different fixing hole positions for the handle. The Yale PVCu replacement handle has been developed to offer you a selection of fixing hole positions which cover most brands of lock

Postage Terms and Conditions

All deliveries weighing over 1.0kg or that cost over £30 going out to England, Wales and lower Scotland are delivered the next working day via a 24 hour carrier ( Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends ), your item must be paid for before 2.30pm to receive this service. Although we dispatch the goods on a 24 hour service it is not always guaranteed.

Deliveries to THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES ALL BT & ZE POSTCODES including SHETLANDS, IV2-IV40, IV52-IV54 IV63, KW1-KW14 including ORKNEY ISLANDS, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, ALL WESTERN ISLES, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56(SKYE), KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41-PA78, PH41-PH44 ISLES OF SCILLY and ISLE OF MAN and ISLE OF WRIGHT, will have an extra charge of £10. For items going to any of these postcodes that weigh over 25kg's please contact us before hand.

You must check all goods on arrival, if on a rare occasion you receive the goods damaged you must refuse the delivery.
Any delivery weighing under 1.0kg or doesn't cost over £30 will be sent out via royal mail, 1st class post to anywhere with a postcode at no extra cost.

Outside the Uk we will only ship to Southern Ireland - Extra £20 or Channel Islands - Extra £15.00
Signing for the delivery:

All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to sign for the goods.Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature.

You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report to us that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

If there is nobody there to sign for the goods:
Our carrier attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, and will put an attempted delivery card through your letter box if nobody is there to sign for the goods.If you are carded twice goods will then be sent back to our carrier's local depot. You will then be emailed from our self's where you will have the option to collect the goods from your local depot or we can arrange for a re-delivery which you will be charged for.

If you choose not to collect the goods or pay for the re delivered there will be a 2 way charge. Our carrier charges us for trying to deliver the item and then charge us for returning the item. This charge will be passed onto you.

The delivery address:
We ship all our goods to the PayPal address, but we can change the address on your instruction at the time of order, however if you decide to change your delivery address after your goods have been dispatched, there will be an extra delivery charge.

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:

ITEMS RETURNED OUTSIDE THE 14 DAYS PERIOD WILL INCAR A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, a returns form must be printed off from the following link Returns Form(Buy online tab) you must fill this in and enclose with the returned goods. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the total cost of the goods. Outside the 15 days return policy,IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED OUTSIDE THE 14 DAYS YOU WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

Returning an item that is faulty

If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 14 days of receipt you can print a returns form the following linkReturns Form (Buy online tab) and we can arrange the uplift of the goods (Please put a copy of the returns form with the goods.) Should we (and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:

If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. A returns form can be obtained from the following link Returns Form(Buy online tab) which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.
