they do not come in retail packaging. They are sold loose in plastic bags with the paperwork, harness and module included.
Please note: This product is intended for installation by a professional installer only! Any attempt to install this product by any person other than a trained professional may result in severe damage to the DEI alarm brain. These interfaces may need to be re-flashed to the car you plan on having it installed in. These will work with the cars they are listed compatable with but will need to be re-flashed with that cars info before install. A professional installer is still required and these professional installers will be able to re-flash the unit to your specific car.
Shipping
We will ship anywhere in the lower 48 States for $FREE. We will ship to other countries using Ebays Global Shipping program. Items not eligible for Ebays Global ship will be shipped to Canada via usps express mail international rates based on weight and postal code. Please remember shipping rates do NOT include brokerage, duties, customs and/or taxes; these fees are due to the courier upon receipt of the product. If you have an APO address, or are in HI, PR or AK we will need to quote shipping before you click on the buy it now button. Please email via the eBay messaging system and we'll be happy to quote your shipping fees.
Payment

Return Policy
This item is factory reconditioned and carries a 90 day warranty through Hi-Fi Audio. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) for product repair or replacement. We do NOT issue credits or refunds. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please contact us via the customer service email below to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include the auction ID#, product serial number and your name in the email. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
