We take great care in packaging securely so that item will arrive safe and sound to your doorstep. The estimated Delivery time is provided by post office for reference only. Depending on your location & shipping way you selected, the delivery time will be around 2~8 business days in United Kingdom (But Except the Peak Period of Xmas or Royal Mail Strikes). Depends on your local customs and your local post service, international orders arrive between 5~14 business days.

3. Even if you successfully submitted the order, the order also indicate the expected delivery date, but it may still can not be shipped due to inventory shortage, or other unpredictable factors. Please forgive us.

4. Due to royal mail or other courier's reasons, reject to receive item = item lost. This will lead to unnecessary losses to both of us. 6. Shipping by "other 48/24 hour courier", we need to charge extra postage if the shipping address is in the following far and remote areas:

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, Central London, Northern Ireland (All "BT"/ Belfast Post Codes), Republic of Ireland (All "IM" Post Codes, and Channel Islands / All "GY" / Guernsey, Alderney & Sark / & "JE" /Jersey Post Codes).

1. Buyer should be respond on choosing the correct item before your payment made. If you buy a wrong item, please leave a note on eBay before we ship it. If the item is dispatched, we have to ask buyer to return it for refund and then cancel the order. Buyer need to pay for the return postage.

2. We provide 1 year warranty for our items, our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer / user's part.

4. If you receive the wrong or faulty item, pls email us freely within 14 days. We will provide you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept the returns without a RMA number.

5. Pls make sure the returned item is in its original status which you received from us and pack it well to avoid broken during transport. If the returned parcel arrived with any accessories or parts of the goods lost or broken, we reserve the right to refuse replace/refund.

6. In all cases, buyers pay for the shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. The replacement/refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item. Pls update the barcode to us after you send item back. Our warehouse will process all of the returned parcels each week, so there maybe some delay, If you do not have any message from us after you send item back.
