Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. We will work with you on a return or an exchange only under these strict policies: If the buyer wishes to return or exchange an item purchased from us, buyer must contact us within 7 days after their order was delivered. Merchandise cannot be sent back without our return authorization. Whenever a return is accepted, 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After refund is issued, buyer will receive a request to cancel the transaction. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all tags attached (same as they were sent). Items cannot have any signs of wear, missing parts or smells. Buyer must package items carefully in order to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking and insurance. If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, refund will not be issued.
