Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories included within. Contact OFD for return instructions. Once the item is received at the OFD warehouse, we will inspect the product and a refund will be issued within one week.

If the product has been altered or tampered with by the buyer, OFD reserves the right to refuse a full refund. Please allow up to one week from receipt of your item for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.
