RETURN POLICY:  Please notify me immediately upon rec't with item or items that are damaged or not as described!  Returns are accepted on ALL Items that you feel are not as described, as long as they are in the same condition they were shipped in. Refunds will be issued at the time returned items are received. (On issues where the item is not as described I also refund return shipping cost as long as there is a rec't with the item when it is received). Insurance claims are filed on all damaged items. I must have proof of the damage in order to file a claim so pictures are required. USPS insurance required the damaged merchandise is returned to local postmaster so PLEASE DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO ME!  I will file all Insurance Claims as soon as pictures are received.

ALL my merchandise is stored in DRY, CLIMATE CONTROLLED, SMOKE FREE areas! All items are inspected prior to being shipped. Each order is packaged and shipped very carefully, I work hard to insure my customers are treated as I would expect to be treated.

SHIPPING:  ALL of my items are insured and shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground.  ALL items are opened, inspected and resealed before being packaged for shipment.   ALL are shipped within 24 Hours of Payment being received (Expect for purchases made on weekends or Holidays which are shipped on the first business day that follows). Nothing leaves here without a tracking number. ALL shipping labels are done on line through Ebay or PayPal.  I email each of my customers with their tracking information, please check your ebay messages shipping information is emailed as soon as label are created.

SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS:  I will be glad to ship your purchase to any address requested. I provide gift wrapping and have even included personal notes when requested.  Please contact me and let me know that your purchase is going to a different address than what is stated on ebay.  Paypal customers can make the address change at time of payment.  If you put a note with your payment  they are at the bottom of the payment page and honestly when I get in a hurry I have been known to miss them. So please email me and that way I’ll look for the change.
