Last of a series Original Watercolours,signed by the artist 'Reg Siers' in original frame.

I know nothing about the artist himself, however they are well executed, with good perspective. 

They are victorian stylistically,but I believe this to be mid to latter 20th. century.

It is 53.5cm. long, 41.5cm. wide (in frame) & weigh 1.8kg.(before packing).

 Please note there is some flash in the picture due to the glass in the frame.
