We understand how important it is for you to receive your purchased items quickly. We aim to ship all items within 48 hours after receiving your cleared payment. UK orders should arrive within 5 working days. All UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any delays.
Delivery times for other regions are:
- Western Europe - Up to 10 working days
- Rest of Europe - Up to 14 working days
- USA & Canada - Up to 14 working days
- Australasia - Up to 14 working days
- Rest of World - Up to 30 working days
If you are not entirely happy with the quality of our items, you can send them back to us within 14 days of purchase. Our guarantee is unconditional, so you can send the item back whether you have worn it or not. We will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange it for another product. We do not refund the original postage & packaging charge but if you just want us to exchange the item then you do not pay any postage for the replacement item.
