Despatch time

All orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the date of order. Orders received after this time will be dispatched within 1 working day of the order being received.

Postage Charges

Postage and packing charges are calculated based upon item weight and the region in which the delivery address lies. The following table summarises all rates used.

Courier Services

We use a variety of different courier companies to carry out our deliveries. During checkout you will be required to choose your desired postage service. We will endeavour to post your item using the postal service which you have selected. However, we reserve the right to send out orders using a higher level courier service (at no extra cost to the customer). For example, a customer may select Royal Mail 2nd class, but we may choose to send the item out by Royal Mail first class instead.

UK Deliveries

The following list shows the different UK courier services that we use in order of level of service (the ones towards the bottom of the list are considered to be a higher level of service).

• RM48: Royal Mail 48 hour parcel service (not guaranteed). Items sent by this service will usually take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive, however, in some rare cases items can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
• RM24: Royal Mail 24 hour parcel service (not guaranteed)
• DPD Next Day: Guaranteed next day service delivered by DPD or Interlink Express
• Royal Mail Special Delivery:  Guaranteed next day delivery delivered by Royal Mail

International Deliveries

International deliveries are sent using various couriers depending on what is most suitable for the item. Items will usually take between 1 and 7 working days to arrive.

Rest of World

For delivery to a county not listed in the table above please contact us for a quote. Please note we cannot sell to the United States or Canada.

Unwanted Items

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased and you notify us within 30 days of receipt of the item you are entitled to return the item for a refund or exchange. If you decide you would like to return an item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us. In order to ensure the best and fastest returns service please return the item in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached. Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging. Once we have received the returned item we will provide either a refund or exchange (depending on what the customer has requested). Refunds will be exclusive of any postage costs. If the item is to be exchanged for another product there may be a balance to pay to cover any additional cost of the new item plus any postage costs associated with getting the new item back to you.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.  Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items received which are damaged/faulty

If you receive an item which is either damaged or faulty out of the box you are entitled to a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of the issue within 30 days of receipt of the item.

If you receive a damaged/faulty item please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk or by calling 01422 881582. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out. We will then arrange for a courier to collect the item from you or if the item weighs less than 3Kg we may request that you send the item back via Royal Mail and all postage costs will be reimbursed. As soon as we have received the item back it will be checked to confirm the fault. Provided a fault is found a refund or replacement will be provided. Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.

Faulty items which are covered under Warranty

All goods we sell carry a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated with the exception of goods which are classed as “Consumables”.

Consumables are replaceable items such as lamps, batteries, drive belts which are user replaceable when they wear out.

All items which are coved under a 1 year warranty which are outside of our 30 day returns policy can be returned to us for repair should a fault occur.

If you have bought an item from us within the last year and a fault occurs please contact us immediately by emailing sales@visiosound.co.uk or by calling 01422 881582. You will be provided with a returns number and a returns form to fill out.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us. Once we have received the returned item it will be checked by our service team. Provided a fault can be found the item will be repaired and returned back to you as quickly as possible. We will cover the cost of sending the item back to you.
