u4golf provides FREE UK Mainland delivery on most items, or you can select an expedited courier delivery at extra cost.

Once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order within 2 working days (although 98% of orders are dispatched same day or within 24 hours) to the address given at checkout. If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your eBay account prior to purchase (as eBay stipulates that we can only send to your registered address).

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an 'Item Dispatched' email to let you know that your order is on its way. u4golf uses either UK Mail or Royal Mail, depending on the service selected or the size & weight of the order.

Drivers will often attempt to leave with a neighbour if possible, failing which a card will be left. UK Mail will hold your item for 4 days and Royal Mail for 8 days, after which the package will be returned to u4golf. In this instance a return delivery fee will be applied for redelivery, the free delivery option will no longer be available for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Delivery times:
All times are 'working days'. Please allow slightly longer for weekends and national holidays. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends would be considered to be the following working day.
UK Mainland:
UK Mail: Next Working Day (from the day of despatch).
Royal Mail: 2-5 working days.

For rest of UK, Europe and Worldwide you will need to select eBay's Global Shipping Programme. In these instances, we ship free to eBay's UK distribution partner who will then ship worldwide. Please note that charges quoted for this service are provided wholly by eBay and u4golf do not receive any of this charge. For any shipping queries regarding eBay's Global Shipping Programme would need to be raised via eBay's Support as we are not provided with or have access to any information on their shipping progress.

Argos Click & Collect:

Click & Collect at Argos enables you to collect items at a time that suits you from over 750 Argos stores across the UK, this service is provided wholly by eBay & Argos.

If you do not collect the item after 7 days of it arriving at the Argos store, it will be returned to us using a trackable postal service. In this instance a return delivery fee will be applied for redelivery, the free delivery option and the Click & Collect at Argos will no longer be available for any subsequent delivery attempts.

You can return items through My eBay as usual, you will not be able to return to the Argos store, returns must be sent directly to u4golf.

Some items are not eligible for Click & Collect. This is mostly due to the item being too large, too heavy or because it isn't compliant with Argos' business policies. We would contact you and arrange an immediate refund if your item is rejected by eBay or Argos.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returns must be received in perfect re-saleable condition in its original packaging in order for refunds to be granted.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of an error on our part i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper.
