This incredibly rare and much sought after tax exempt Circa 1967 Honda CM91 (Honda 90) has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 86 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this bike is very nearly complete missing just the mirrors. The bike has obviously stood forever so the carburetor is stuck & battery is flat. Sadly the leg shield is broken & seat cover is torn.
BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.........The bike is every bit as nice as it looks here. The wheels are straight with nice cleanchrome rims, good hubs & brake plates. Forks & yokes look straight & solid. Mudguards are both solid. Tail light assy is good as is the headlight. Speedometer & switches look great. Fuel tank is squeaky clean inside.Exhaust is original & solid. Seat base isin good condition throughout. Chain case is very good. Sadly the engine is siezed but hopefully it will just be with standing – obviously a bike of this age has done a great deal of standing around!!!...... we haven't inspected the engine externally or internally.

The bike is currently unregistered. The registration process is reasonably uncomplicated.
We HAVE NOT got the Certificate of title but we will provide proof VAT & Duty is paid on the new NOVA system.
REGISTRATION
1. You need to get the bike MOT’d.
2. You need to prove the year of manufacture in writing. To get a dating letter - Phone Honda UK customer support on 01753 590510 who will advise you to request in writing with the bike details Model, Chassis & Engine numbers and enclose a cheque for £30 to:- Honda UK Mc, 470, London Road, Slough, Berk’s, SL38QY
3. You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it on the chassis number.
4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA, who will charge you £55 for the 1st registration & the current amount for the road tax.
5. The DVLA will send you your age related
registration number.
