Photos
The photos we use in our listings are either acquired directly from the manufacture or taken in-house. Either way, we feel the photos we use in our listings accurately represent the product's look in terms of color, texture, glossiness, etc. However, not all computer, tablet and smartphone displays reproduce the pictures identically. Additionally, the leather used on a given product may vary between like items because each piece of leather is unique to the animal from which it came. As such, each piece of leather takes the tanning and dying process slightly differently. In the case of footwear, manufactures are typically good at matching the "look" of each pair of boots or shoes so the left and right match each other very well. However, it's not uncommon to find minor differences between pairs of the same style of boot or shoes. These minor variances typically do not indicate a flaw.

We scrutinize each pair of footwear as it arrives in our store from the manufacturer, and occasionally, we find flaws which we return to the manufacture. As a result, we do our best to ensure a high level of quality control to ensure the items meets our expectation for that particular manufacture before shipping the item to you. Once an item is purchased, we inspect the item again to ensure a blemish didn't slip through the first inspection when it arrived. On very rare occasions, we identify a flaw once an item is purchased at which point we contact the buyer to discuss their options.

Admittedly, viewing a photo is not the same thing has holding the item in your hand. If, after you receive your purchased items from us, you are unhappy with the item for any reason, please know we are here to refund or exchange the item.

PAYMENTS
On eBay, we accept PayPal only. Payment is due immediately with BUY IT NOW. Otherwise, payment is due within 24 hours after close of auction. We will not halt an auction or otherwise set aside an item till you're ready or able to pay for it. Please make your purchase when you are ready to pay for the item. If this item is listed with the MAKE OFFER option, please feel free to send us an offer. Otherwise, please simply use BUY IT NOW. We do not provide layaway or other payment arrangements for items listed on eBay.

SALES TAX
We collect Texas sales tax of 7.25% to all shipments to Texas addresses. Shipping charges are taxable for items shipped to Texas addresses.

SHIPPING
Shipping Address - Most importantly, we ship to the PayPal Confirmed Addresses which comes across with your order. We will not ship to a different address you provide after making your purchase. If you want us to ship to another address, put it in Paypal and get it "confirmed".

Carriers - Although we use "UPS Ground" in many of our listings, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS at our discretion. UPS does not ship to a PO Box and not all items can be shipped via USPS. We will not use your carrier account number.

We Ship Fast! - Orders (with cleared payment) received before Noon on a business day, are typically shipped the same day; otherwise they ship the following business day. Purchases made on Friday will ship on Monday. Items shipped from the manufacture may require an extra 1 to 2 days for added processing. Paypal eChecks usually clear in 4 to 6 business days and we will ship once they clear.

Combined Shipping - Combined shipping works best with small, lightweight items and rarely works with clothes and boots. In very rare instances, we may refund a portion of your shipping charges on single purchases of multiple items.

APO/FPO, and US Territories/Protectorates - Please ask for a shipping quote before making a purchase. Due to inadequacies in the eBay shipping calculator system, eBay does not allow us to enter appropriate shipping charges for shipping to these areas. Once you make your purchase, we will invoice you via PayPal and agree to pay the additional shipping charges in a timely manner, regardless whether you asked for a shipping quote. Local pick-up is not available for items purchased on eBay. However, we are an 8000 sq ft, full-service western wear store located about 50 miles north of Houston, Texas, in the Magnolia - Tomball - The Woodlands area. All items listed on eBay are available for sale in the store . Prices listed on eBay and in the retail store may differ.

International Buyers
We welcome international buyers. We do not under-value our merchandise or mark them as “gifts” on the customers form. US and International government customs regulations disallow such fraudulent activity. If we have not configured the listing for shipping to your country, please email us for a quote. International sales may not be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot ship Ariat products internationally. We do use eBay Global Shipping for all international orders. RETURNS
Return of items purchased with Buy It Now are easy with hassle free returns. Within the return period noted on the listing, simply start a return in My eBay and select a reason for the return. Please do not abuse the returns system. Buyers who abuse the system will be reported to eBay. Please do not choose "item not as described" without contacting us first regarding a defect.

The item does not have to land back in our hands within the return period, but it must be given to the carrier during the return period. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible - typically the same day but not more than 5 business days later.

Please note the following applies to returns for refund or exchange:
- Customer pays for return shipping charges, and all future shipping on exchanges, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped to you.
- For shipments within the state of Texas, the cost of shipping is taxable.
- Items must be returned in new condition with all unremoved tags and original packaging.
   Please, no "my dog ate my homework" excuses. No returns once tags are removed. Period.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee is assessed on items returned for refund which were sold with free shipping.
- A 50% restocking fee is assessed on refused shipments that are returned to us.
- Wrap all returns in poly shipping bags, or use a plain box. We will not accept returns if the manufacturers boot box has any tape or stickers on it.
- No returns on international sales.

Items sold with methods other than Buy It Now (such as Make Offer or in an Auction-style listing) are not returnable. These items are sold as a final sale with no returns allowed for any reason. These items will be noted as not returnable in the listing. So bid accordingly. You assume all responsibility for applicability and suitability of the items for your use.
