Items are dispatched same business day for cleared payments for all orders received by 2 PM. Though we ship all items quickly we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company used.

Please note we cannot dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or, Bank Holidays.

In the unlikely event you have to return your purchase for any reason, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be unused and in their original packaging in a resalable condition. Refunds will be made minus the cost of P&P. You the buyer, pay the return postage costs. An e-mail is required stating why the item is being returned.
