Please measure your size before placing an order

Due to the item being personalised/made to order the customer has no right to cancel, reject or return the goods,  As goods are personalised a 'cooling off' period is not applicable. Personalised items of clothing may not be exchanged or refunded should the customer request an incorrect size at time of order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refund of faulty goods, The goods must be received by us in unworn condition, all our items are checked for imperfections before despatch, unreasonable damage would be questionable. Buyer must pay the return postage.
