We now ship to Canada, parts of Europe and Australia.

We do not ship to other International locations.

Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Combined shipping is available by placing all adoramacamera eBay orders BEFORE making the Payment. eBay's new checkout offers you to consolidate your orders to get better shipping rates.

All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices can be sent if you call us immediately after payment is made (if during business hours). No guarantees for emails in this matter.

Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account as well as via email within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please make sure that our email messages don't go into spam or junk. Change requests may not be updated on eBay, please check the emails.

All TV's over 60 inches or other large items will ship via special Truck Delivery. An appointment will be made by the Trucking Company 24 hours before final delivery. Therefore, you must provide a phone number.

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise (See Exceptions below) for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (* Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have our shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. ** International returns, please mark the item as "VENDOR RETURN" to avoid duties and customs.) Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. Following items cannot be returned once opened

Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack". (* Some exceptions may have restocking fees, please see each add individually.) Printers cannot be returned once toner has been installed. Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water Cell phones and smart phones will only be accepted for credit or exchange if they register less than 10 minutes cumulative talk time and show no sign of use.

TV Return Policy

Up to and including 47" sealed in the original manufacturer box never opened, may be returned. (We recommend to apply insurance on shipment), Larger than 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

Refund Policy

Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Adorama reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements.
