Customer satisfaction is very  important to us.

If you are not happy with your order you may return it for refund or exchange. The return grace period is 3 days. Your must track your order to confirm safe receipt by us. Please also include a copy of your invoice that was with your order.

To make a return or exchange please call our customer service department at  407 513 4508  (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm eastern time) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will need to write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning or exchanging.

Adultsonlymall cannot accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch such as thongs, g strings, and any similar intimate items due to health regulations.

This is the law.

Please select these items with care. Adultsonlymall reserves the right to refuse any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused, or subject to a 25% restocking fee. ALL COSTUMES ARE A FINAL SALE. All costumes and costume accessories including costume wigs are non-returnable unless defective and will only be exchanged only for the same item

All returns and exchanges must be unused, in resalable condition with any tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

There are no additional shipping charges in the case of defective merchandise or an error on our part.

Once we've received your return it takes approximately 1 - 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected on your charge account.

If you paid with a check, we will issue a check to your billing address. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for the check to arrive.

There is a 25% Restocking Fee applied to all returns no exceptions.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

There are no restocking fees or additional shipping charges in the case of our error or a manufacturer's defect.

There is a $5.00 Cancellation fee should you wish to cancel your order after you have bid on Ebay.
