Pay with your credit card through PayPal.

All in state residents within our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday and Holidays)

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via USPS, or FedEx.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from date of purchase.   

• Buyer assumes all shipping costs.

• Claims for damaged product must be reported within 48 hours.

• Customer is responsible for saving and returning all original packaging and shipping labels.

• We must receive notification of the return within 14 days of the end of auction. 

• Prior to returning the product you must contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number 440-365-9906 x.129

• A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any return missing pieces, without an RMA number, as well as returns due to buyer's remorse, abuse or refusal to take delivery

We are a full service computer and networking company that offers new and used computers systems, telephone systems and networking.  We also provide installation and repair of computers, servers, networks, telephone systems and arcade machines.  Our ebay consignment service allows our customers to sell off those items they no longer want or need, without the hassle of preparing everything for auction or shipping.

Holland Computers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel bids on any item due to feedback.

Limitation of Liability:  Customer sole and exclusive remedy in connection with any claim, arbitration, lawsuit or other cause of action whatsoever directly or indirectly relating to or arising out of this sales or any service rendered by Holland Computers, Inc in connection there-with, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or other legal theory, shall be a customer refund though the eBay.com seller protection terms and
conditions.  Holland Computers, Inc shall not in any event be liable for punitive, special, indirect, incidental or
consequential damages of any type.  Any lawsuit or arbitration based on or related to this agreement or the parts, materials, equipment sold or rendered by Holland Computers, Inc must be commenced within thirty (30) days from date of sale.

Holland Computers, Inc or any one of it’s employees responsible for any reproduction violation of video tape, media, picture, device, and or any other type of imagery being brought from it’s consignors. Consignors are responsible for any copyright infringement laws applicable to this sale. Buyer agrees here to that any such issue will be directed to the consignor of the item being purchased.
