The kit was originally sold to Thinkpad forum user rewt but he broke the solder pads. I fixed it (see pictures). I installed the motherboard in my x220 and everything works fine.

Edit : I chose the fastest international shipping (turns out it's pretty expensive) and ebay won't let me edit it. I called them but there is already one bid so they can't change it. So I will offer a 25$ flat rate for international.
