The unit will give a 0-10V output for both wind speed and direction via its enclosed control box.

wind speed - 10v = 50m/s (111.7mph)

wind direction - North = 10v, East = 2.5v, south = 5v, West = 7.5v

The sensor is manufactured from annodised Aluminium and nylon and can be secured to a 2 inch pole via the stainless steel U-bolt supplied. The sensor is also supplied with 25m of cable for connecting to its control box.
