can be viewed at the emporium prior to purchase. ABOUT OUR LISTINGS STATION 109 specialises in pre-owned/vintage clothes, collectables
and antiques. Consequently, minimal wear consistent with the age of the item may
be present. Any major flaws/defects will be incorporated within our description
of the item/garment for sale, but no refund will be given for minor wear or
marks commensurate with the age of the item/garment. Please read the

international shipping arrangements, please contact us by email for shipping
costs and handling before the close of the auction. Note: International buyers
are responsible for all customs duties/import tariffs that may be
levied. Damaged
items/Items not received If an item goes missing or is damaged in the post, we will do all
that we can to help you to obtain compensation from the carrier concerned. To
obtain compensation for items damaged in transit, you must retain all original
packing materials or your claim may be voided. The compensation process is a
slow one, and you will have to wait a while until the carriers have investigated
and are satisfied with the claim. Please
note the timescales below before contacting us about non-receipt of an
item Allow 15 days for your item to arrive if you are a UK
customer. Allow 20 days for your item to arrive if you are a European
customer. Allow 25 days for your item to arrive if you are an International
customer. Royal Mail will not accept claims before these timescales have
expired. REFUND/RETURNS
POLICY We currently
only offer refunds to UK customers. Customs
fees and other international sales requirements prevent us from accepting
returns for international sales. We do not offer a refund on items that are
returned after 14 days of receipt of the goods and regret that Station 109
cannot refund the costs of postage once orders have been dispatched. You the
customer are liable to pay the returns postage
costs. Please use a suitable postage service and ensure that the item is
properly insured to cover the value of the item. You should also obtain a proof
of posting certificate (ask at the post office when posting), which you will
need should the item be lost or damaged in the post. Remember that items are
returned at your own risk and at your own cost. Clothing:
In the case of clothing, we do not offer refunds for items that do not fit,
unless our calculations on size or description are extremely inaccurate.
