If we receive the payment before 3:00pm GMT, the merchandise will be shipped out at the same business day (Monday---Friday); otherwise the item will be shipped out the next business day.

Our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so for any auctions won and paid for on the weekend, the order will be processed and shipped first thing Monday morning

If within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item - whether it is defective, or just unwanted -email us for an RMA No is (ITEM NO ), and ship it back to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund, in full, the price you paid for the item (not including the initial shipping and handling charge). When we handle returns, defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the same product is not available, you can choose to wait for its arrival, or request a refund or replacement item. We will ship a replacement.
