Disclosures:

·         We constantly buy quality laptops and laptop parts in bulk from diverse sources so we can sell them at the lowest possible price.

·         These lease return laptops are often in perfect or even in new condition but may have some issues that will usually be described in the listing.  

·         We follow a strict testing and reconditioning procedures but despite of this, the item that you’ll receive may not be what you expected or may have issues beyond what was observed.

·         Please consider these information, read the listing description carefully and bid accordingly because there will always be potential for uncertainty for auctioned items.  In any case, we will try to resolve any issue after you receive your item if it is within reason and can be verified.

First-time Buyers, Excessive Negative Feedbacks & Other Blocked Buyers:

·         All bidders with less than 10 positive feedback are welcome to bid but must contact us first prior to bidding to show serious intent.  We reserve the right to cancel a bid or deny anyone with less than 10 feedback score who did not contact us first or those with high percentage of negative feedbacks.

·         To minimize possibility of fraud and malicious intentions from buyers, we have automatically blocked buyers who does not meet our minimum acceptable requirements.

Payment:

·         Payment for this auction must be made within 5-days of end of auction.  Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to resell the item to another buyer.

·         Payment must be made thru PayPal only.

CA Sales Tax and Electronic Waste Recycling Fee for Covered Electronic Device (CED):

·         By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in California. The tax rate will be 7.75% based on the state and local rate.

·         CA resellers are welcome but have to submit a CA Reseller Certificate and/or other requirements.

Shipping:

·         Please allow 1-2 business days after confirmation of full payment for this item to be shipped.

·         Expedite shipping via air is also available but you must contact me first so I can send you a quote and/or revised invoice.

·         Shipping rates in the ad are for the continental USA only. This is the actual cost of postage, packaging materials and/or insurance for up to the posted amount.  In some cases, insurance is offered to the buyer as an option at buyer’s expense. 

·         The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.  Shipping is non-refundable except for DOA. 

·         We do combine shipping if physically possible and applicable.

·         Signature is required on all shipments over $250 if you pay with PayPal.

·         We take pride in making sure that the item is packaged securely so it does not get damaged during transit.  This item and all its contents will be double-boxed  (if applicable) and secured with additional protective materials such as bubble-wraps or green recycled peanuts then tape sealed before shipping.

·         International orders are shipped by air and the shipping cost depends on the destination. All imported items are subject to Custom/Duty Taxes that is the responsiblity of the Buyer specially if purchase amount exceed taxable limit.

·         International buyers can use the automated shipping calculator just below the eBay listing for an estimated shipping cost.

·         International buyers must provide phone number are required for international shipping.

·         A revised invoice may be sent with the actual international shipping cost before completing payment.

·         For both of our protection, we will only ship to buyer’s PayPal address ONLY so please DON’T ask to ship to another person or address so make sure your shipping address and phone number is updated in your PayPal profile to prevent any delays as most shipment will be done through the PayPal automated shipping feature.

·         We will NOT make changes to the US Custom Declaration form so please DON’T ask.

Warranty: 

·         Customer pick-up is “As Is” after testing, acceptance and payment by customer.

·         If shipped, this item comes with a 14-day Non "Dead-on-Arrival" (DOA) warranty or "Item As Described" guarantee.  After this period, all sales are Final so there are No Returns or Refunds.

·         DOA Warranty claim must be sent TO: Subject: DOA Warranty Claim.  Please includes in the email body the eBay Item Number, brand, model, defect description, purchase date and received date. A “Return to Seller” authorization and shipping label will be sent the buyer that must be attached to the same packaging before shipping back to the seller. 

·         The defective item will be re-tested and the defect will be verified before a replacement is sent, if on-stock and if not, then your payment will be refunded including shipping.

·         Extended Warranty is also available through SquareTrade, the largest independent warranty provider in business since 1999. Winning bidders will receive emails and flyers regarding this offer but you'll need the eBay Item number to purchase this. Condition:

·         This is a used item is in excellent working condition with little evidence of use except for minor scuffs and scratches due to normal wear and tear. 

·          These minor cosmetic defects, if any, does not affect the laptop's functionality and performance.

·         Any major cosmetic defect such as bad/cracked/worn out/missing LCD, palmrest, keyboard, plastic case, etc will be disclosed and indicated in the listing. 

·         Unless otherwise stated, items are sold “As Is”.

Feedback:

• I appreciate customers who pay within a reasonable amount of time after committing to purchase one of my listing. I try to leave a positive feedback to my trade partners (yes that's what I call my customers) within 24 hours (sometimes within an hour) of purchase or shipping specially for "Buy In Now" listings.  I don't understand why other sellers will not leave feedback unless buyer leaves feedback first.  
• Please let me know with a positive feedback if shipping is fast, item received as described, packaging is nice, good communication and/or if I meet or exceed your expectation.
• If you are dissatisfied with my product or services, please don't leave a negative feedback right away and instead let me know via email at so I can try to resolve it within 24 hours.
