The Charm shown is a custom hand made 9mm Italian Charm with the photo pictured. I make all my charms to order.  These charms will fit any 9mm Italian charm bracelets, watches, key chains, or bracelets. They are all made using Stainless Steel links. The picture shown has been superimposed to give you a better view of what your charm will look like.  All of our charms are coated with a special crystal clear durable coating.  The charm photo will not peel or fade in time however; they are not waterproof or water resistant. (Please don’t shower, swim, wash dishes, etc. with them on.  The water can loosen the photo image)

 

If I don’t have something you are looking for, just let me know what you are looking for and I can make it for you! There are no additional fees for any custom made charms! I will email you the "proof" of the charm after I create the charm so you can preview it before you buy it!  It’s that easy!

 

 

 

 

Charm Personalization Instructions:

 

You can either send me an email at iluvrabbitts@yahoo.com with the personalization information for your charms or you can include it with your payment in paypal by putting the personalization in the "notes to seller" section.  You may also send the personalization via the ebay message mail using “contact seller”.

ALL CHARMS SHOWN PERSONALIZED WITH NAMES AND DATES CAN BE PERSONALIZED YOU YOUR OWN NAMES AND DATE FOR NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU!

 

Shipping Information:

I do combine shipping for charms ONLY. If you purchase and item, like a watch(es) or a bracelet(s), where the shipping is more, and you purchase charms as well...you will not pay any additional shipping for the charms, just the shipping on the watch(es)or bracelet(s). I do also combine shipping for other items (watches, bracelets, etc.)with a nominal fee for shipping for each additional item purchased. (To receive the combined shipping, all items must be paid for together on 1 invoice. Please request an invoice with the combined shipping after you are done shopping. No refunds for shipping will be issued if a payment is made without first getting a combined shipping invoice total from us. So please request an invoice!)

Orders will be processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. (Please note that all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following Monday.) Orders are guaranteed to ship within 7 days of payment and/or personalization for charms via USPS 1^st Class Mail.  This allows enough time to  “remake” any charms should they dry or not set correctly.  If any charms ordered have to be “remade” before shipment and the 7 day shipping guarantee falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will not ship until the following Monday.  Special is taken when making each and every charm.  Please allow the appropriate shipping time for you order to arrive.

 

Shipping time within the US is 5-8 days after shipment

Shipping time to Canada is 10-12 days after shipment

Shipping time everywhere else in the world is 10-20 days after shipment

 

US Customers:  If 14 mailing days (do not include Sundays and/or holidays) after you order has shipped and you still have not received your order, please contact me before leaving feedback.  Occasionally packages will get lost or misdirected.

 

 

Payment Instructions:

 

Due to the new ebay policy we can ONLY accept Paypal as a form of payment. With Paypal, you can pay using a credit card, pay using your bank debit card or echeck (electronic check) through your checking account. Paypal is safe and secure!

 

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact me immediately upon receipt of your order.  I will be happy to exchange and/or refund your purchase.  After contacting me, simply return the item(s) to me with a letter stating your ebay user name, date of purchase and item numbers exchanged or returned. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund the shipping charges or the return shipping charges for any exchange or refund regardless of the reason for the exchange and/or refund.
