We stock a very diverse range of products, from cables and computers parts to home and kitchen products. Industry wide access to major distributors means we can source products at their lowest possible price, passing those savings onto our customers.
Trade Prices
We have trade prices upto 80% off our eBay prices when buying in bulk. If you require any item in bulk then get in touch for a quote, our trade prices are very competitive! Some examples are shown below:
Scart Splitter, list price £4.99. Price when buying 40 = £0.98 each
Audio Adaptor, list price £1.69. Price when buying 50 = £0.48 each
Travel Adaptor, list price £1.75. Price when buying 100 = £0.67 each
VAT
All our eBay prices include VAT. Vat invoices are available on request.
Payment methods
PayPal is the only method of payment we accept for eBay purchases. Cheques & Postal Orders are no longer accepted for purchases less than £30 due to banking costs.

When you make a purchase with us, feedback will be automatically left for you within 24 hours.
We kindly request that all customers contact us and allow 48 hours before leaving negative feedback if they have any problems with the product or service. This gives us a chance to put things right should there be any problems.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of payment*.

Royal Mail Airmail - For International deliveries
We use UPS for heavy parcels

Most products can be sent worldwide, however due to weight or manufacturer restrictions, some products can only be sold within the UK. If the product you wish to purchase does not have a postage price for your country the this will most likely mean we can't send the item to your country.
Free Delivery offers are only valid within the UK.

Payments
PayPal securely process card and bank payments on our behalf, please use eBay Checkout to pay for your order.
We kindly ask for payment to be made within 48 hours, if this is not possible then please contact us as soon as possible - we can extend the payment period under certain circumstances. In some cases it may be easier for us to cancel the transaction mutually, and you can purchase at a later date.

We have a generous 14 day return policy if you change your mind and wish to return an item. You must obtain a Returns Number (RN) before sending a return to us...
If you have changed your mind
You can contact us to arrange a return, we will supply you with a returns number and the address for our returns centre. You will be responsible for paying return postage costs for this option, please ensure you package all contents safely to avoid damage in transit.
If the product has developed a fault
Please contact us with a description of the fault and a photograph (if possible). We will do our very best to assist you and ensure a fast turnaround.
All returns must be received in their original condition and packaging, returns received without a Returns Number (RN) will be refused and passed back to Royal Mail.
Returned to Sender
If we receive your order back because it has been 'Returned to Sender', we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
