This book is in poor condition. There is excessive wear and water damage. The binding is not secure, there is a crack on the inside seam area. The pages in the beginning of the book are loose. It looks like the original book is covered with a plastic book cover. I did not try and remove the cover, I felt it was better just to leave well enough alone. Size is 7 1/2" x 5 1/4" x 1 3/4". The ribbon markers are faded and worn. In flipping through the book I did not notice any missing pages.
